Excellent hotel. The rooms were well appointed and we enjoyed the window seats and views. Centrally located and walkable to great restaurants and various attractions. Top notch service from the staff. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (buffet and a la carte) at the hotel. Very high quality. The rooftop (Azimuth) was perfect for an afternoon drink and snack. We had dinner one night at Virens (plant-forward) and found it inventive and also excellent.
We stayed here for two nights in Feb of 2026 Pros: Very stylish hotel that is located in a perfect spot in the city. The room was the best part of the hotel and was very comfortable and felt luxurious. Rooftop bar with a view of the city is nice as well. The gym was usable but not large by any means. If there were more than 3 people in there it might be tough. Service was good for the most part. Cons: we have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and this just falls a little short of the 5 start experience.. Not that it was horrible by any means but just some small things that ultimately can make it average or a great experience. We didn’t receive any welcome drink upon arrival (not the end of the world but would be nice) and check in felt very pedestrian. There was also nothing in the room left that would have been a nice small gesture. This was partly for a work trip and the hotel WiFi from our room was unusable. They did end up satisfying that with a hotspot added in the room after a few reques…
Our Gallery room was amazing! It was so comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was really healthy, and having the chef prepare fresh items for us was a great touch (and totally free with the room). The staff were also super friendly and nice all the time. So it was actually ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a truly wonderful stay and would give this hotel more than five stars if that were possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The room was extremely comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city. What really made our stay special, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. The hotel went above and beyond by asking about our children’s interests and preparing a surprise Christmas setup along with thoughtful gifts for them. We were expecting only a Christmas tree, so the gifts were an incredibly touching surprise. The Christmas dinner was also outstanding, both delicious and beautifully prepared. Even small details stood out. We ordered food delivery several times, and the staff kindly brought everything to our room without being asked, even checking if we needed plates and utensils.
