Bar del Pla is such an interesting spot with a fantastic selection of tapas and wines. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, while the staff bring great energy, enthusiasm, and impressive wine knowledge. Al cor del Born, el Bar del Pla destil·la una energia viva però impecablement conduïda, amb un punt d’ironia amable que encaixa amb la Barcelona més noctàmbula i contemporània. La cuina, oberta tot el dia, navega entre el receptari de casa —canelons, cap i pota, cua de bou— i girs actuals com l’amanida de bolets amb shiso i wasabi, sempre amb producte de temporada. One of the best meals we had on our trip!! The roast beef de picanha absolutely blew my mind. We stumbled upon it at lunchtime around noon, and it was pretty empty, and I had no idea it was such a crowded spot usually. We also got to taste some fun natural wine, and the waitstaff was kind and attentive. Truly outstanding food, and I would travel back to Barcelona just to eat there again.
