A Les Corts, a tocar de La Lilla Diagonal, Hidden Coffee Roasters és un temple discret del cafè d’especialitat: torren a casa i treballen l’origen amb una cura gairebé artesanal, del camp a la tassa. A la barra s’hi pot explorar filtrats com V60, Aeropress o Chemex, mentre l’espresso es manté sempre afinat amb precisió; l’espai, amb terrassa i taules per compartir, convida a una pausa urbana entre cafè seriós i mossegades ben resoltes.
The espresso is lovely and doesn't require sugar. The baristas are well- trained. The croissants are fresh, light, & flaky. We enjoyed sitting outside. The restroom is clean. * * * * * * * I prefer traditional cortados (equal parts espresso & steamed milk.) Found this place online as one of specialty coffee shops in Barcelona. Visited them to taste some good coffee. I checked menu and didn’t see any coffee variations listed there. Walked around the place and found two laminated pieces advertising two coffee variations. Asked if they brew it and ordered one. All was nicely served and tasty. I just wish they be more helpful to first time visitors and give a bit more…
