Al cor del Raval, Suculent practica el seu “sucar lent” amb una cuina que fa dels fons i les salses una declaració d’intencions: mediterrània i catalana, afinada amb tècnica contemporània i un respecte escrupolós pel receptari. La carta muta al ritme del mercat i es gaudeix en format de menú degustació, en una antiga bodega preservada amb encant—amb la possibilitat, gairebé secreta, d’una taula amagada darrere la cambra freda per als qui busquen un gest de sorpresa discret.
We had an absolutely incredible experience at Suculent. I’ve eaten at a lot of great restaurants, but this was easily one of the top dining experiences I’ve ever had. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing, and every single dish was spot-on perfect. The pairings worked beautifully and really elevated the whole meal. What really made the night, though, was our server. I feel terrible because I can’t remember…
We had an amazing dinner at Suculent, we did the traditional tasting menu with wine pairing. 10/10 would recommend and go again. The bone marrow tar tar was exceptional. All the dishes were delicious. The Stingray was our least favorite.
Best meal we have had in a while. Lovely service! We went for classic with pairing, and it’s excellent. The prawn dish and strawberry dessert went extremely well with the wine. If you’re visiting. You have to try! Would come back for the full menu.
