Fronda Pasaje is a very nicely set up vegan restaurant that offers a very interesting menu and a cozy ambiance. While I would not consider this fine dining, I believe it sits above most casual restaurants, so sort of an in-between. They offer 2 types of tasting menus (5 or 6 courses) or a-la-carte. A fantastic place. Completely vegetarian menu, very sophisticated. The finest ingredients, many surprises. There were two of us here and we immediately decided on the spur of the moment to come back the next day. The service is outstanding. The wine selection is also terrific.
