You can never go wrong at this place. The menu rotates every so often and every dish I’ve tried has been excellent. Compartir offers elevated cuisine without the steep prices you would pay at some Michelin-started options. Wine selection is fairly affordable. Given the large selection of small plates / appetizers, you do run the risk of ordering too much. The staff can help you pick the right amount.
Compartir Barcelona brings the Cadaqués spirit into the heart of the Eixample: Mediterranean at its core, quietly contemporary in its design, and unmistakably rooted in the creative lineage of the Disfrutar team. Plates are made to share—oysters, brown crab with avocado and trout roe, and the iconic “Panchino” with caviar—paired with a thoughtful wine list and a dessert programme that feels decidedly Catalan in its finesse. It’s the kind of convivial, modern Barcelona table where technique stays discreet and pleasure leads the evening.
Visitor impressions
Compartir Barcelona is an absolute gem in the heart of the city. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and refined, making it ideal for both special occasions and casual dinners with friends. The highlight, without a doubt, is the food. The tapas are served as elegant sharing plates, each one thoughtfully composed and bursting with flavor. The level of culinary craftsmanship is exceptional —…
This is a lovely restaurant with share plates of elevated cuisine both local to Spain and around Europe. Portions are small, but almost everything was delicious. We got 5 appetizers and 3 mains for 4 people. Funny enough, the Paella here I found was not as good as much cheaper Paella found elsewhere in Barcelona - too salty for my taste.
