Colmado Wilmot, a un paso de Turó Park, es un colmado contemporáneo convertido en comedor animado: conservas selectas, chorizos colgando y una pared de vinos que marca el ritmo de la casa. Se viene a picar en medias raciones —esqueixada, ensaladilla, caracoles o canyut— y a dejarse llevar por una cocina catalana con guiños actuales, en un espacio íntimo y bullicioso, muy de barrio. La carta líquida, especialmente sólida en cavas y tintos de Montsant y Priorat, lo sitúa en el mapa de la Barcelona que come bien sin solemnidad.
I saw this place in a youtube video and as soon as I saw they’re making rabbit ribs, I made up my mind to go. The place is small and there are mostly locals. I had oyster(ok), chicken croquettes(ok), eggs with a kind of spanish sausage(great) and of course the rabbit. The rabbit was awesome. I ordered some bread to dip into the sauce, I was able to get it all. I definitely recommend. They have a good wine collection…
Highly recommended! The restaurant has really nice friendly staff with a passion combined and uses fresh produce. This combination is golden and makes the food just prefect!
Had a really tasty meal here. Highly recommend! Quick service and friendly. We also sat outside to enjoy the sun. They forgot one thing from our order but deducted it quicky for us. Thanks!
