This place was a surprise, and the creativity is appreciated. Nevertheless, the sheer amount of small dishes was kind of an overkill and increased the chances that they are not all great. Some were spectacular, some others good, and one very disappointing (sea urchin). Overall, I recommended the experience, but they still have a journey ahead.

Another Michelin starred restaurant checked off my list! The decor is very minimalistic and modern, which I loved. Very clean, intentional, and extremely aesthetically pleasing.
