En pleno Raval, Suculent practica el “sucar lent”: una cocina de caldos y salsas pensada para apurar hasta la última gota, donde la tradición mediterránea y española se afina con técnica contemporánea sin perder su pulso clásico. En un antiguo sótano de encanto preservado —muebles recuperados, detalles con memoria—, sus menús degustación cambian al ritmo del mercado y celebran el compartir, con guiños catalanes como las favas con butifarra de perol. Para quienes buscan un matiz más íntimo, la mesa secreta tras la cámara fría añade un discreto toque de teatralidad barcelonesa.
We had an absolutely incredible experience at Suculent. I’ve eaten at a lot of great restaurants, but this was easily one of the top dining experiences I’ve ever had. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing, and every single dish was spot-on perfect. The pairings worked beautifully and really elevated the whole meal. What really made the night, though, was our server. I feel terrible because I can’t remember…
We had an amazing dinner at Suculent, we did the traditional tasting menu with wine pairing. 10/10 would recommend and go again. The bone marrow tar tar was exceptional. All the dishes were delicious. The Stingray was our least favorite.
Best meal we have had in a while. Lovely service! We went for classic with pairing, and it’s excellent. The prawn dish and strawberry dessert went extremely well with the wine. If you’re visiting. You have to try! Would come back for the full menu.
