في Sansho يقدّم الشيف بول داي قراءةً براغية معاصرة للمطبخ الآسيوي المتداخل، حيث تمتزج تقنيات جنوب شرق آسيا بمنتجات محلية مختارة—من بينها لحم خنزير Presticke prase التراثي—في فضاء حضري مريح يلتقط إيقاع المدينة اليوم. القائمة موسمية بروح «من الأنف إلى الذيل» و«من الورقة إلى الجذر»، وغالبًا ما تستلهم مكوّناتها من مجتمع براغ الفيتنامي؛ أمّا قائمة التذوّق فتُظهر بوضوح جرأة النكهات وذكاء المقاربة، مع مشروبات طبيعية وحِرفية تكمل التجربة.
We wanted to try out something new, that’s why we chose Sansho, a fusion Asian restaurant served by not-Asian-chef. The soft shell crab is absolutely the star of starters. Other dishes were amazing, too. The main dishes are full of right flavors, a bit too chilly to my taste. Overall, nice experience.
I chose this restaurant for my birthday celebration and I’m happy with my choice. Great ambiance, the view outside is amazing. Service was great, the waiter was polite and friendly. The startes were okay, as a main dish I’ve had the best duck in my life, together with coconut rice the dish turned out to be very special. Huge wine list is a plus as well. Will definitely come back to try the registration menu.
The people and the food created an amazing experience that I will not forget. I have eaten a lot of food over the years but the fun I had eating the funky menu really put a smile on my face. The staff is beyond amazing and I really can't recommend this place enough.
