Absolutely supreme quality! The service was beyond perfect. I’m a bit of a picky eater, but they were happy to adapt the dish for me without any issues. If I’m ever in town again, this is my first stop!
يقع Štangl فوق مخبز Eska في كارلين، ويقدّم تجربة تذوّق تنطلق من حسّ شمالي منضبط لكنها متجذّرة بصدق في مكوّنات تشيكية محلية—حيث تُصاغ النكهات عبر التخمير والتعتيق وتقنيات دقيقة تُرى مباشرة من المطبخ المفتوح. الأجواء أقرب إلى مختبرٍ طهوِيّ أنيق: “ثلاجات” بدرجات حرارة غير مألوفة، وزراعة مائية كتراريوم حيّ، وتفاصيل حرفية في الأدوات والأواني تجعل كل طبق حواراً بين الموسم والفكرة. هنا يلتقي أسلوب براغ المعاصر—العقلاني والمبتكر—بمتعة مائدةٍ تُحسن الإصغاء للطبيعة قبل أن تتحدّث باسمها.

This place was one of the highlights of our visit to Prague and one of the best meals we had there. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared. The only minor downside was that the portions felt a bit small if you opt for the three-course meal, and the wine we chose wasn’t to my taste. Other than that, everything was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend it
