Muzeum Antonína Dvořáka sídlí ve Vile Amerika, komorním barokním domě od Kiliána Ignáce Dientzenhofera, který v sobě nese klid staré Prahy i její hudební paměť. V interiérech s freskami uvidíte skladatelovy osobní předměty a rukopisy, zatímco zahrada se sochami z okruhu Matyáše Bernarda Brauna nabízí tichou procházku mezi alegoriemi ročních dob. Nevynechejte poslechovou místnost – vedle klasických interpretací tu překvapivě zazní i nečekané současné variace Dvořákových motivů.

Good English info, video was very informative about his life. Did not know he was aquianted with Brahms, Tchkovsky, and that he was very well traveled,held many distinctions, was a common man of the people and came from very poor family, but he had strong allegiances and was very loyal to his publishing co. Cute little museum dedicated to Dvoržak, with a number of his personal items, as well a very interesting movie that is shown on the first floor. Worth visiting of you are interested in movie history.
