Galerie Rudolfinum v sobě spojuje noblesu novorenesanční architektury s odvážným programem současného umění, které zde působí s příjemnou samozřejmostí. Výstavy často vedou tichý, inteligentní dialog s hudební tradicí budovy a s pražskou kulturní pamětí, aniž by ztrácely kontakt s dneškem. Ideální zastávka pro klidnou, soustředěnou návštěvu mezi Starým Městem a nábřežím Vltavy.

Beautiful architecture, voluntary donation for an entrance. Some exhibitions are interesting, like really interesting and good, and some...well, I don't think all of modern art is worth understanding and watching. Anyway, it is still good to give it a chance. There are toilets on premises, cloakroom, and a nice cafe as well.
We visited exhibition of Kateřina Vincourová "Skin Care" - I loved it. It is free entrance, but you can voluntarily donate some money. Go in the evening, less people, no lines.
