Ve stálé expozici Národní galerie se setkáte s Braunem, Brokoffem či Brandlem a s estetikou doby, kdy se Praha formovala jako intelektuální a umělecké centrum střední Evropy. Tucked inside Prague Castle, this historic museum may be compact in size, but it leaves a lasting impression. The space isn’t very large, yet the exhibits are thoughtfully displayed and surprisingly impressive. It’s relatively quiet compared to other attractions in the complex, which makes it easy to explore at your own pace. Plan to spend at least an hour here to fully appreciate the collections and the atmosphere.
Terrific museum and not exhaustingly large. Okay, maybe the big name masters only have a handful of works here, but even without any art the interior of this palace is worth seeing. I enjoyed all the exhibited works, very elegantly laid out.
It's really a great museum and a true one, do not bother visiting other tourist trap museum this is the one for great art and great taste! It is very calm, you can get really close to the artworks and it is well managed. 200czk for under 26 and 300cz for adults so great
