Absolutely the best oysters in Praha! The crab salad, steak tartare and tuna were all spectacular. Definitely a hidden gem for Michelin star quality food, French service and solid wine list. 10/10 would recommend.
Zdenek’s Oyster Bar je pražská adresa pro ty, kdo mají rádi preciznost mořských chutí v prostředí, které působí současně a suverénně – bez okázalosti. V denním menu šéfkuchaře Jiřího Noska se potkává řemeslná jistota s vytříbenou volbou ústřic, kaviáru a mořských plodů, které si nejlépe vychutnáte se šampaňským z pozoruhodně široké selekce. O servis se zde starají s klidem znalci: s doporučením vína či koňaku vždy tak, aby večer plynul stejně elegantně jako Vltava.

I had an outstanding experience at Zdenek’s Bar and, honestly, I really don’t understand some reviews here below mentioning the high prices. It’s an exclusive venue with a great wine portfolio and a great cuisine. And if compared with Milan or Paris it’s actually very reasonably priced. Cherry on top, Mr. Zdenek, an incredible host and wine connoisseur! 😎
