CottoCrudo destila una elegancia contemporánea con pulso italiano: cocina de producto y una barra que entiende el aperitivo como un pequeño ritual urbano, preciso y sin estridencias. Entre mármoles, luz tenue y conversación bien llevada, se siente como un punto de encuentro natural para la Praga actual —cosmopolita, discreta y con gusto por los detalles bien pensados.
A lovely meal in a lovely location. Service was good and the menu was varied enough to allow for all dietary requirements. They offer a vegetarian tasting menu at request although we opted for a la carte. The wine list is good although lacked any specialist wines. Food was great and showcased fresh and seasonal options.
We really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant — everything was quite good! The truffle pasta and the lobster pasta were especially delicious. Overall, the food and atmosphere were very nice. The only thing we didn’t really like was the dessert, but as they say, tastes differ :)
