Absolutely supreme quality! The service was beyond perfect. I’m a bit of a picky eater, but they were happy to adapt the dish for me without any issues. If I’m ever in town again, this is my first stop!
Štangl, sobre la panadería Eska en el Karlín contemporáneo, es una mesa de degustación donde la disciplina nórdica se traduce al idioma de los ingredientes checos: fermentos, maduraciones y una horticultura hidropónica visible que funciona como pequeño invernadero urbano. La cocina abierta —con mesas junto al pase y esos “frigoríficos” a temperaturas insólitas— convierte el oficio en escena, y cada plato, del pan de trigo-centeno-patata con mantequilla de koji a las verduras glaseadas con acentos de bosque, revela una precisión serena y profundamente local. Maridajes de vino y propuestas sin alcohol, junto a detalles artesanales en vajilla y utensilios, completan una experiencia de alta cocina praguense con espíritu inquieto y muy actual.

It’s more than just dining — it’s a complete experience. Truly exceptional in every detail, with attentive service always there for you. The open kitchen adds a special touch, letting you see everything come to life.
This place was one of the highlights of our visit to Prague and one of the best meals we had there. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared. The only minor downside was that the portions felt a bit small if you opt for the three-course meal, and the wine we chose wasn’t to my taste. Other than that, everything was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend it
