يقع Gasthaus Stern بعيداً عن ضجيج المسارات السياحية، في حيّ سكني يمنح التجربة نَفَساً فيينياً خالصاً: ألواح خشبية قديمة، تلبيس جدران دافئ، وسقوف عالية تستحضر روح الـWirtshaus الكلاسيكي. المطبخ هنا إقليمي وصريح في نكهته، مع احترامٍ واضح للتقاليد—من الشنيتسل إلى أحشاء اللحم والطرائد التي تحضر بثقة، إذ إن الشيف صيّاد أيضاً ويترجم ذلك إلى أطباق دقيقة وغير مُهادِنة. ولمن يحب أن يأخذ قطعة من هذا المزاج معه، تُقدَّم مجموعة “Stern im Glas” كلمسة معاصرة لثقافة البيت الفيينية.
One of the best places to eat in Wien. Great schnitzel, great service, great ambiance! You guys do an awesome job, really friendly and kind people who know what to suggest and how to atract and maintain ther clients. Definitely very pricey, but the quality and ambient are totally worth it! Keep the great work up!
