يُعدّ Gasthaus Ubl من أجمل الغاستهاوسات العتيقة في فيينا؛ مكان هادئ يحافظ منذ أكثر من نصف قرن على روح المائدة الفيينية البسيطة بصدقٍ نادر، بين خشبٍ داكن وصورٍ مؤطّرة وباركيه متعرّج يروي تاريخ المكان بخطواته. في الحديقة الرومانسية أو في القاعة الريفية الدافئة، تُقدَّم قائمة مختصرة بعناية تحتفي بالكلاسيكيات—من فينر شنيتسل وتافلشبيتس إلى الحساء التقليدي—مع لمسات موسمية رقيقة تجعل التجربة جزءاً طبيعياً من أسلوب فيينا المعاصر.

This is a top authentic Austrian restaurant...no frills but vintage in building and furnishings. The food is just wonderful, the service is charming and helpful with a German menu translated for those that only speak English 😊 We had the schnitzel and the boiled beef ( old time cooking !) which is to die for as is the sauerkraut. Highly recommend for local food! The girl working there was very friendly and helpful. She spoke excellent English and helped me with the translation of the menu. The food was amazing, I had a soup and then the veal schnitzel that is served with a mixed salad. Everything was excellent!
