في قبو «كُونستلرهاوس» وعبر فناء داخلي مغطّى، تقدّم Hausbar تجربة عشاء معاصرة تقوم على قائمة تذوّق نباتية من سبعة أطباق تُفصح عن نفسها تدريجيًا—صور للمكوّنات أولًا، ثم سرد رشيق على الطاولة يربط كل طبق بموسميّته ونكهته. الأجواء حميمة بقدر ما هي فييناوية في حسّها: عشر طاولات فقط، إيقاع بلا استعجال، وكوكتيلات مُنسّقة بعناية (مع خيارات غير كحولية) وقائمة نبيذ متوازنة تُكمل الأمسية في قلب حيّ كارلسبلاتس الثقافي.

We had such a great evening at Hausbar. We did the 8 course menu and cocktail menu. Everything was creative and delicious. Perfect for both vegetarians and omnivores. One of the few tasting menus where vegetarians don’t feel like an afterthought. Incredible service, too!
