في «صالونبلافون» داخل متحف MAK تتجاور فيينا التصميمية مع فيينا المذاقية بسلاسة لافتة: قاعة مُرمَّمة بعناية تحافظ على سقفها المُضلّع كعلامة ذاكرة، وتحيط بها قطع أصلية تروي تاريخ الحداثة النمساوية بهدوء. المطبخ يقدّم قراءة معاصرة للأطباق المحلية بلمسات جريئة—خفيفة في النهار وأكثر طموحاً في المساء—بينما يمنح الفناء الداخلي الواسع والبار الخلفي، بروح مشروبات إقليمية مختارة، إيقاعاً فيينياً معاصراً بعيداً عن الصخب.
As always, good food in a beautiful setting. In my opinion, it is a little pricey but not that expensive. They have usual Schnitzel and other great food. They also have a variety of vegetarian options. All food portions are reasonable and the service is topnotch. It does get crowded especially during lunch hour (on any day), reservations would be wise to make.
Great Location to brunch at. The breakfast is available until very late in the day (15:30) so I recommend it for night owls especially. The staff and general atmosphere is warm & friendly. The coffee and food we had (egg royal, Egg Benedict and a cheese cake for dessert) was also delicious and really well presented ad well.
A convenient place for lunch after visiting the museum; enter thru the gift shop. The portions are huge and I wish my waiter had warned me that I was ordering too much for just one person. Or maybe I should have asked but never thought a fancy place would go that big. The apple-cider soup was new to me and enjoyed most of it.
