A beautiful church. I was here on a Thursday night catching a concert performed by a string quartet. The event lasted approximately one and a half hours, the acoustics were amazing and the surroundings were absolutely magnificent.

تختبئ كنيسة القدّيس بطرس في قلب فيينا القديمة كجوهرة باروكية متقنة التفاصيل، بُنيت على موقع يحمل ذاكرة المدينة منذ العهد الروماني، وتكشف لمن يقترب منها عن عالم من الزخرفة والسكينة بعيداً عن صخب الشوارع المحيطة. ما يميّزها اليوم ليس حضورها الروحي فحسب، بل أيضاً برنامجها الموسيقي الحيّ—خصوصاً عزف الأرغن اليومي تقريباً—حيث تلتقي فيينا المعاصرة بحسّها الثقافي العميق في تجربة قصيرة، أنيقة، ومكثّفة المعنى.

Magnificent Baroque masterpiece hidden in the heart of Vienna. From the outside, it’s elegant and compact, but the interior is rich frescoes, golden details, and an impressive dome create a grand and inspiring atmosphere.
This church is one of if not the best church we’ve been in over the years, the work put in, paintings, art work & decor & to listening to a quartet of strings playing Mozart is breath taking. Fantastic evening worth every penny but for those that go in the winter wrap up warm has there is no heating. Magical experience.
