Stopped here on a very hot day after a tour of the Opera House. The cake display was amazing and service was excellent. We had the Nougat Torte, Mango Schnitte, Sacher Torte and cream, Affogato Coffee, Viennese iced coffee, an iced chocolate, and a Turkish coffee. The cakes did not disappoint - highly recommended. Café Museum and my experience here was lovely! People around me were enjoying cards with friends, reading newspapers, and just slowing down. It felt very Viennese to someone who was new to exploring the city and cafe culture. Café Museum Vienna is a very elegant spot with a classic Viennese charm. They offer a wide selection of baked goods, all fresh and nicely presented. The traditional Viennese breakfast is quite simple—bread and a boiled egg—but the quality is good. What really stands out are the pastries and coffee, both of which are excellent.
