Heunisch & Erben ist eine undogmatische „Trinkstube der Herzen“ – Weinbar und Restaurant in einem, mit einer bemerkenswerten Karte und rund 120 offenen Weinen, die hier nicht nur begleiten, sondern erzählen. Die moderne Küche spielt pointiert und frei mit Saison und Region; Gäste komponieren ihr Menü aus vier bis neun Gängen selbst, während der Service angenehm entspannt bleibt. We enjoyed our evening at Heunisch & Erben, even if it didn’t offer the variety we had hoped for. The relaxed setting and competent service fit their wine‑bar‑meets‑casual‑fine‑dining concept, though we missed a bit of warmth. Can a restaurant be considered a “favorite” after just one visit? If you care about wine go here and try to tell me the answer is no. Super deep and cool btg list, which is nothing compared to the bottle list. Excellent food, friendly and helpful service, I’ll come back every time I’m even close to Vienna.
