Die Josef Cocktailbar verbindet gedämpftes Speakeasy-Licht mit modernem Barock und einem Soundtrack aus Swing und Jazz – ein selten stimmiger Rückgriff auf Wiener Nachtkultur, ohne nostalgisch zu wirken. Im Glas treffen klassische Handschrift und zeitgenössische Technik aufeinander: etwa beim „Rote Lotte“ (tea-infused Tanqueray) oder dem dessertartigen „Crazy Lebowski“, der den White Russian elegant neu denkt. Ein Ort für einen späten, kultivierten Abstecher im historischen Zentrum – aufmerksam gemixt, angenehm unaufgeregt.
A small and cozy bar. The menu is very nice and humorously prepared. On the evening we visited, two young bartenders and a young woman were working. It was wonderful to be greeted and served by young and energetic people, congratulations. We tried two cocktails, I found La Muerta to be more successful. It's a spicy and smoky flavor.

Excellent cocktail bar with a relaxed, intimate vibe. Drinks are well-crafted and creative, and the bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. A great spot for quality cocktails in Vienna.
