Hinter den großzügigen Fensterfronten am Schubertring trifft im Liebsteinsky französische Bistro-Lässigkeit auf urbanen Loft-Charakter – mit Blick auf die Ringstraße und einem angenehm unaufgeregten Service. Mittags überzeugt ein unkomplizierter Business Lunch, abends wird es mit modernen Gerichten und einem fein komponierten 4- oder 6-Gang-Menü präziser und kulinarisch vielschichtiger. Die Küche bleibt dabei in Wien verwurzelt und weltoffen gedacht: klassische Akzente wie Schnitzel stehen selbstverständlich neben zeitgemäßen Aromen – stets mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Produkten.
Have eaten all over Europe at Michelin Guided restaurant and starred ones. This place was about as good as it gets. Traditional food, done well. The service was exceptional, which is certainly not standard everywhere. Every dish was well thought out. Could not hope for more and at a reasonable price for the level of cookery there. It would be a shame to spend time in Vienna and miss this place.
