Wonderful place for brunch and cake (at the same time hehe). Run by older folks as a social enterprise but also with nice young waiting staff, all very friendly and engaging. Food was great, and the Sachertorte was superb.
Die Vollpension ist ein Wiener Kaffeehaus der besonderen Art: Hier backen Seniorinnen und Senioren nach Familienrezepten, und mit jeder Buchtel liegt ein Stück gelebter Stadtgeschichte am Teller. Tagsüber genießt man ein ausladendes Frühstück „wie bei Oma“, am Nachmittag wechseln Kuchen, Salzstangerl & Co. elegant zu Drinks – und ganz nebenbei wird Generationendialog zur zeitgemäßen, sehr Wiener Form von Gastlichkeit.

I went back there everyday while in Vienna, cozy place, good breakfast and good drinks. I lived the vibe, the decorations of the place. It's not a place for fancy dinners but you can still get some toast or something.

The breakfast menu is simple yet with varied choices of both hot and cold, plus freshly baked goods. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 the star of the day is the Munich Freedom Breakfast… the sausages are large portions and served with freshly baked pretzels… the surprise is the small glass of perk-me-up…
