For our first visit to Vienna, we stayed at Almanac Palais Vienna, which turned out to be a wonderful place to unwind while exploring the city. The location is ideal — quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of St. Stephen’s Square and many of the places we wanted to visit. We ended up walking almost everywhere despite the freezing winter weather. Our room was spread over two floors, which made it feel incredibly spacious and elegant. The lighting was well thought out, and the bathroom was huge, the kind of space where you can really relax after a long day out. The hotel itself feels elegant, modern, and cozy at the same time. Service throughout the stay was extremely friendly and attentive. We also took advantage of the heated pool and sauna, which made the stay even more enjoyable during the cold days. A luxury hotel, but one I would absolutely stay at again when visiting Vienna.

I tried out three different five star hotels in Vienna, and this one was overall my favorite. The rooms are super modern and easy to navigate. I love things like the automatic blackout curtains. The check in girl named Menita was so sweet and cute and made me feel right at home. The food was overall excellent. I particularly loved the chia pudding at breakfast. The spa also has a very high end luxurious feeling.

A magnificent hotel! The best in Vienna! New, clean, stylish, comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! The breakfast menu is interesting and richly varied. The cosmetics in the room are great! The hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and the entire team is always extremely helpful. I would especially like to mention Emran he helped me a lot recommended beautiful places to visit in Vienna and made restaurant reservations for me. Even before I got out of my car, the bellboy took my luggage, welcomed me warmly and asked if I needed any assistance. His name was Yousf and Danilo was also very kind and professional. One small point I would like to mention I went to the front office three times, and each time the staff were busy on the phone with other guests. It seemed like there might not be a separate phone service. Also the reception is a bit difficult to find as it is located in a hidden room without clear signage. The spa area is beautiful truly fantastic. Breakfast is also excellent served from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which is amazing. Victoria was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall it is a wonderful hotel with only minor points for improvement. I would be happy to come bac…
